The Miracle Worker
2-4 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) in the evening.
For daytime stress, anxiety & energy support, add 2 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) in the morning.
The Soother
½ scoop and increase to a full scoop after a few days. It's easiest to incorporate it into your morning or evening routine, whenever best fits into your schedule!
The Mover
For constipation relief, take 1-2 capsules as part of your evening routine.
For bloating or gas shortly after meals, take 1 capsule, 30 minutes before a meal, starting with once per day.
The Healer
1-2 capsules (or a half scoop) and increase over a few days or weeks depending on your sensitivity levels. Continue taking 4 capsules (or 1 scoop of the powder).
You can take The Healer whenever best fits into your schedule. We LOVE mixing it with The Soother or The Miracle worker.
If you have a current autoimmune condition, you can a double dose per day. Take up to 8 capsules per day (or 2 scoops), increasing gradually over 1-4 weeks.
The Booster
1 capsule as part of your evening routine and after 1 week, add another 1 capsule in the morning
The Healer + Pro
1 capsule in the evening and increase up to 3 capsules over a few days or weeks depending on your sensitivity levels.
The Prebiotic
1 capsule per day. After 1 week increase to 2 capsules per day.
The Sunshine +
1 capsule per day or 2 - 5 drops directly in the mouth or in a drink of choice with a meal.
The Go-To
Take 1 capsule as part of your morning or evening routine.
The Go-To Jr.
For Kids under 2: Start with ¼ scoop per day, can have up to ½ scoop per day
For Kids over 2: Start with ½ scoop per day, can have up to 1 scoop per day
The Defender
2 capsules per day during cold/flu season, traveling, periods of high stress, or any time your immune system may be low.
ONSET of feeling sick: Take 2 capsules every hour for 6 hours. Wait 12 hours then repeat. Continue until symptoms subside, then take 2 capsules per day for the next week.
The Defender Jr.
Take 2 chewable tablets per day or as recommended by your health care professional.
Can be taken multiple times per day when symptoms occur!

Mix 1 scoop in water, juice, or a smoothie as part of your morning or evening routine, whenever best fits into your schedule!
