I started taking the Prenatals during my trying to conceive journey. After a healthy pregnancy (age 40), delivery, and now 18 months postpartum (and still nursing)... I am still taking my daily Prenatals and I love them. I had stopped for 1.5 months (around 9 months postpartum) and immediately felt the difference. I had been experiencing some postpartum anxiety and as soon as I went back on them, my mood leveled. My hair also came in thicker, nails stronger, energy skyrocketed, and my sleep improved. I recently found out I have the MTHFR gene mutation and have to take methylated versions of certain vitamins, which this has. It’s way better than the average multivitamin you usually get at the store

The ingredient list, I have been told is great however, the smell is awful. I will say the newest order I just received is less severe and I the bottle looks different so I have to wonder if ingredients changed

My doctor told me prenatals sold at the grocery store were garbage so I made the switch! I was so prepared to get sick from taking 6 capsules daily (sensitive stomach girlie here) but I’m thankful to say no upset stomach or nausea AT ALL! This prenatal is FANTASTIC! I took this my entire pregnancy and am now 7 months post partum. I just got my cycle back and had NO symptoms leading up to it! I was shocked. Last pregnancy I had so many horrible symptoms before my cycle returned. This product is incredible and I highly recommend it. These seem like high quality Prenatals which are great. However if you have a weak stomach or nausea I would warn you - these smell and taste awful. I had to start taking them in applesauce at first just to get past it. If I take them fast with juice now I can manage.
Also heads up they do not have iron in them - that’s not explicitly stated anywhere and I missed it and ended up needing an iron supplement.

I was worried when I opened the shipping package and could already smell the unopened prenatal vitamins. I had tried Perelel because I wanted high quality vitamins to support my pregnancy, but I couldn’t stand the strong taste and smell of them. I’m pleasantly surprised that although GutPersonals prenatal has a smell, the taste is quite subtle and very manageable. I also take the Omega 3 pills and they’re essentially flavorless. Whatever burps I get from them taste slightly fruity, but are not bad at all. I am very happy with these vitamins and look forward to nourishing my baby with them for the rest of my pregnancy and postpartum to support nursing. The vitamins (and diet changes) have also greatly improved my persistent acne.

I stumbled on GutPersonal from the My Essential Birth podcast and I’m so glad I just went for it placed my order! I had been taking a variety of vitamins from a couple different brands after having tried 2 different brands over my pregnancy so far. I’m 9 months and I wish I would have found GutPersonal sooner. I had a few random mystery symptoms that have entirely gone away and I feel more energetic now than I have my entire pregnancy.
