Shipping and Returns
Can I return my order?
Our standard return policy allows you 30 days to return unopened products to receive a full refund. If products have been opened and you don’t LOVE them, please email us at hello@gutpersonal.com so we can find the best solution for you!
Please note that we do not refund shipping and we ask that you include your order number with your return so we can ensure you get your refund/credit as soon as possible!
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping over $150! Otherwise it’s a flat rate of $7.90, unless you choose a faster service!
Where do you ship to?
We can ship internationally! However, additional shipping/duty fees may apply.

Subscriptions and Customer Support
I am unable to log into my account or manage my subscriptions!
Please look for an email from hello@gutpersonal.com to activate your GutPersonal Account. If you don’t see it, send us an email and we will resend the invite! Once activated, you will be able to log in and see past orders/manage your subscriptions!

What if I have had bathroom and/or hormone struggles for years or decades?!
Our proven framework addresses the many root causes of bathroom struggles and hormone imbalances. By following our step-by-step process, we’ll be able to get to your root cause no matter the length of time that you’ve struggled with this issue.
What if I've tried a ton of supplements and none have worked?
If you have tried supplements before with no success, you most likely didn't have the appropriate testing done to personalize your supplements. As part of this program, you'll do a stool test to identify the most targeted supplements for you.
If you're concerned you need more help in this area, consider enrolling at the VIP level to get additional recommendations that are completely customized for you.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
One-on-one and group coaching programs require commitment and dedication to the healing journey. It is important to make sure you are in a place where you can fully immerse yourself into the program and take full advantage of the coaching and education you will receive!
Additionally, there are expenses such as your GI MAP stool test that are built into the cost of the program that cannot be returned once ordered.
It is for these reasons that no refunds will be given for this program.
Is The Gut Fix a live or recorded program?
Both! The lessons are recorded and will be available to watch on your own time. Then there will be weekly LIVE coaching calls to further personalize your plan, ask questions and get support from Jillian.
Are the cost of supplements included?
No, cost of supplements is the only thing not included in the price. Everyone gets their own, personalized supplement plan and they are completely dependent on your unique needs. No cookie-cutter protocols here!
What is my gut or hormone test comes back "normal"?
Trust us... it won't. We understand that fear though! Getting "normal" test after "normal" test from your doctor can begin to dampen your trust. The gut and hormone tests we use are DIFFERENT. The practitioner interpreting your results & creating your personalized protocol (hiiiii, that's us!) is different. Our approach changes the lives of HUNDREDS of women. And you are no different.
How are tests completed?
These are at-home stool and urine tests, sent to you to complete from the convenience of your own home. You'll then send the sample directly to the lab in the provided pre-paid envelope. Full instructions will be sent upon purchase.
How long does it take to get results?
Receive your test kit within 5-7 days. Once the lab has your sample, it takes about 3-4 weeks to get results.
The Membership
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Members who are paying month-to-month can stop, pause, or cancel at any time! All 6-month memberships are final sale however, you can cancel before the next renewal date.

How often am I billed?
Upon signup, members will be billed automatically every 30 days. Those who choose the 6 month option will be billed every 6 months.
What id I don't log in for the entire month? Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on The Membership regardless of whether the person has logged in to view the content.
Will I have direct access to Jillian to ask questions?
Yes! Throughout your enrollment in The Membership, you will have unlimited access to Jillian to ask questions via public posts in the Circle community, LIVE Q&A calls and trainings, and up to two 1:1 Supplement Calls per year. Private messaging with Jillian is not included inside The Membership.
If I end my Membership, do I still have access to the on-demand courses?
No, please note that by ending The Membership, you will lose access to all aspects of the program, including but not limited to on-demand courses, live calls & trainings, and the private Circle community. You can purchase on-demand courses anytime on our website.
Is testing included in The Membership?
No, testing is not included with this program, but active Members get exclusive discounts on all testing including Gut and Hormone Testing!
Where are monthly meetings held?
Meetings will be held via zoom and are always recorded and uploaded within 24 hours!
What are the discounts included with The Membership?
Members will get:

- Complimentary Supplement Consult Calls ($50 value)*
*Limited to one call every 6 months
Do I have to RSVP for events to catch the replays if I can't attend live?
Nope! All events will be recorded and uploaded to The Membership for everyone to view!
