Harvest Wrap- Meal plan for gut health
Short on time? Try this nourishing and gut-friendly veggie wrap packe with fiber and nutrients.
- 1 gluten-free wrap (I love Siete)
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 handful of spinach
- ⅓ cup Spicy-Sweet Sweet Potatoes (page 61)
- 1/2 of a bell pepper (slice into medium-thick strips)
- ½ avocado
- Smear a thick layer of hummus onto the wrap.
- Layer with spinach, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and sliced avocado.
- Roll into a log and slice down the middle.
