- 1 large handful of spinach (or kale is great too!)
- 3/4 cup fruit of choice (I love strawberries and bananas)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or chia seeds or flax seeds)
- 1 serving protein powder of choice
- 1 cup of almond milk, or more if needed
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. More liquid may be needed if the mixture is too thick.
