Cool off this summer with our Balanced, Gut-Loving Smoothie!


  • 1 large handful of spinach (or kale is great too!)
  • 3/4 cup fruit of choice (I love strawberries and bananas)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or chia seeds or flax seeds)
  • 1 serving protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup of almond milk, or more if needed


  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. More liquid may be needed if the mixture is too thick.

Bonus gut health tip: Chia seeds are a great source of healthy fats and gut-fueling fiber!
