1. Build a Daily Wellness Routine that You’re Confident In!

Confidence is key!!

You can design an incredible routine with supplements, healthy movement, nutrients, etc, etc, but if you aren’t confident that these things are getting you on the track to feeling your best, it’s really hard to be motivated to stick with the routine.

2. Habit Stacking in a Personalized Wellness Routine!

Our favorite way to create your own wellness routine is to try habit stacking!

Habit stacking is choosing a behavior that you wish to add to your daily routine and adding it into a habit that you already do. 

The “stacking” aspect of this technique helps to create a habit out of the desired healthy behavior.

A super common example of this is stacking another habit onto your morning routine. While you’re waiting for your coffee to brew in the morning, make a mocktail with some of the supplements you want to add into your routine!

Adding in this habit does two things – you’re adding in supplements to boost your health and making a mocktail gets your water intake up, even if it’s just a bit!

Here are some more ideas:

  1. Drink a glass of water right after you wake up in the morning.
  2. Practice gratitude by writing down three things you're thankful for while you wait for your morning coffee to brew.
  3. Take a five-minute stretch break every hour during your workday.
  4. Meditate for five minutes before you start your workday.
  5. Practice deep breathing exercises while you wait for your tea to steep or are at a traffic light.
  6. Take a ten-minute walk outside after your lunch break.
  7. Do ten minutes of yoga or stretching before bed.
  8. Listen to a motivational or educational podcast while you go for your morning run.
  9. Journal for ten minutes before bed to reflect on your day and set intentions for the next day.
  10. Do 10 squats while you brush your teeth.
  11. Read a book or listen to an audiobook for fifteen minutes before bed instead of scrolling through your phone.

Use habit stacking to have more success in forming new habits!

3. Stay Consistent!

A lot of the time, you have to be consistent with a healthy habit for a few weeks in order to really see the benefits!

If you start on your personalized wellness routine and find that you feel almost the same after the first few days, don’t let that discourage you!!!

Sometimes, there is some SERIOUS deep healing that needs to be done, especially when it comes to gut health! This can make your AMAZING results take a little while longer to really be noticeable!

Being consistent is seriously the most important tip!! 

Being confident that your wellness routine is right for YOU and forming the habits with habit stacking are great ways to get yourself set up for success, but without consistency, the pay off just might not appear like it’s supposed to!

Some tips for staying consistent are to really hold yourself to it for the first week or so!

OR, if you always watch some TV before saying goodnight, set your Miracle Worker next to the TV remote, or put a sticky note to remind yourself!
