  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 scoop of strawberry Miracle Worker magnesium powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and wash the strawberries. If using fresh strawberries, remove the stems.
