Recurring Billing Terms

Please note: By signing up for our Collective, you agree to the recurring billing terms associated with this service. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the applicable fees will be charged to your provided payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must do so at least two (2) business days before your next payment date. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the charge for the next month's payment. Refunds will not be issued once a payment has been processed.

Additionally, if you purchase any additional testing during your membership, you are required to remain a member until your results review session is completed. Cancellation requests will only be processed after this session.
