The Sunshine+: High Dose Vitamin D with K

I absolutely love this Vitamin D + K2 supplement. It is so important to have both vitamins for optimal absorption and function. Having it in a dropper form makes it so easy to customize the dose so multiple people in the family can use and get exactly what we all need. It is also truly tasteless, so I can just pop a few drops on my tongue and continue on with my supplement routine. Vitamin D is so much more than just a vitamin, it's a precursor to all our hormones and is so important that we have optimal levels to feel our best!!

I've consistently come up with low vitamin d levels on my annual bloodwork. I was taking the pill form for a while at my practicioners recommendation but switched to the liquid form when the Sunshine+ launched. As someone who struggles to swallow large amounts of pills, I love that the drops just go under my tongue, are tasteless and if I want to switch it up I can add them to anything (coffee, water, etc.). I also love that I can adjust the dosage at my practitioners recommendation to accommodate what my multi-vitamin includes so that I'm getting just the right amount!
