How To Take

The Defender:

Maintenance: 2 capsules per day, taking two weeks on/two weeks off. ONSET of feeling sick: Take 2 capsules every hour for 6 hours. Repeat the next day if needed. Continue until symptoms subside, then take 2 capsules per day for the next week.

My son asks for Defender Jr every morning!

My son is 2.5 and absolutely loves the Defender Jr. He asks for his "chewable vitamin" every morning. Then he asks for more throughout the day, so they must taste great. I bought them to boost his immunity this winter. He's has minor colds, but seems to get over them pretty quickly so I would say it helping.

Life saver

I started taking The Defender this fall and it has been a game changer. When I start to feel sick I increase my dose and I swear the next day I wake up feeling back to normal. I also give it to my daughter who is in day care and she has been getting sick much less frequently this fall. Cannot recommend enough (especially if you have day care kiddos).

Took these religiously when I was recently sick. Love the Defender Jr for my son. We gave it to him daily while I was sick and he did not get the flu!
