How To Take

The Defender:

Maintenance: 2 capsules per day, taking two weeks on/two weeks off. ONSET of feeling sick: Take 2 capsules every hour for 6 hours. Repeat the next day if needed. Continue until symptoms subside, then take 2 capsules per day for the next week.
