I was GBS + with my first pregnancy and determined not to be with my second to experience my natural birth. I researched and found this probiotic! I started taking it and then passed my GBS test! Had my natural birth which was amazing! I stopped taking the probiotic about 2 months in to postpartum and noticed some of my skin issues starting to come back and that my gut wasn’t as healthy.
