Amazing! I have support & someone to explain everything to me but give me a plan. Not just supplements. Sometimes it’s better to “check the engine before the engine light comes on” but also you’re wasting time & money by not checking, especially if you have symptoms. I wanted data. I’m knocking on 40s door and I want to make sure I go into the next chapter, especially perimenopause, optimal. Brooke has been amazing! I recommend GutPersonal all the time!

A Step in the Right Direction
Like a step in the right direction! Jillian was so personable and explained things in terms that weren’t overwhelming and easy to understand. It’s definitely worth it in order to implement changes to identifying root causes to help make differences in your every day. Yes!

No Gimmicks, Just Genuine Care
It feels pretty good to finally have answers. Even better to know it's not as bad as I thought. I have nothing to compare this to, so it was great. DO IT! There is no gimmick and they love what they do. When someone loves what they do, they put in effort and time to ensure things are going right and customers are happy.

No More Guessing Blindly
Incredible. I don't feel like I'm throwing spaghetti at the wall anymore hoping something sticks. Seeing exactly what was going on in my gut and knowing what all my symptoms were scientifically tied to was helpful. It's helpful to know what is going on in your body rather than trying blindly. I was hoping to get answers and another opinion after a failed protocol.

No More Guessing
A weight lifted. My body was basically gaslighting me. I feel vindicated. This was just the actual truth. Not guesses and trials. I wanted to know facts about what was actually happening inside my body. Absolutely do it. So many women struggle with health issues and we spend all this money trying to figure it out, new diets, all the things, instead of spending a bit more and finding out exactly what it is so you can move goats without guessing.
