Directions:

Ingredients (6 servings):
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, sliced thin

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips (70%+)
- 2 tbsp crushed peppermint (dye-free)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Melt chocolate + coconut oil, spread on parchment. Sprinkle peppermint on top, chill until hardened, break into pieces.
