The Miracle Worker:

Every person our dietitians have tested was deficient in magnesium. The Go-To:

The GI tract is a finely balanced environment where roughly 500 different strains of bacteria compete for space and nutrients. When there is a healthy balance (eubiosis), there are very few gut symptoms exist. However, dysbiosis can occur when there is an overgrowth of bad bacteria. The balance of good and bad bacteria can be disrupted by stress, medications (such as antibiotics, birth control, etc.), excessive alcohol consumption, or not consuming enough or a variety of plant foods.

The Go-To:Open capsule and add 1/2 to any drink or soft food (yogurt, applesauce, etc.)

• 15-35 lbs: 2-3 chewables
