Suggested Use For Your Supplements

Start with 2-3 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) in the evening, and can gradually increase up to 4-5 capsules (or 2 scoops) per day if needed.

For daytime stress, anxiety & energy support, add 2 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) in the morning. 

Start with 1 capsule as part of your evening routine and after 1-2 weeks, add another 1 capsule in the morning* 

*If you notice an increase in symptoms, continue just 1 capsule, once per day. This can be a good sign that the probiotic is rebalancing the gut!

Start with 1-2 capsules (or a half scoop) and increase over a few days or weeks depending on your sensitivity levels. Continue taking 4 capsules (or 1 scoop of the powder) as part of your daily routine for 3-6 months. 

You can take The Healer whenever best fits into your schedule. We LOVE mixing it with The Soother or The Miracle worker. It is flavorless but does not mix incredibly well due to it being an extremely natural product.

If you have a current autoimmune condition, you can a double dose per day. Take up to 8 capsules per day (or 2 scoops), increasing gradually over 1-4 weeks.

Start with ½ scoop and increase to a full scoop after a few days. It's easiest to incorporate it into your morning or evening routine, whenever best fits into your schedule!

If on antibiotics or want even more gut support, take 1 capsule twice per day.

Our dietitians recommend taking 1 capsule per day or 5 drops directly in the mouth or in drink of choice with a meal containing fat.

Be sure to get your vitamin D checked with your doctor or dietitian to ensure you're taking the right dose. Our dietitians recommend levels of 40-60 for most people.

ONSET of feeling sick: Take 2 capsules every hour for 6 hours. Wait 12 hours then repeat. Continue until symptoms subside, then take 2 capsules per day for the next week.

MAINTENANCE: Take 2 capsules per day during cold/flu season, traveling, periods of high stress, or any time your immune system may be low. 

The Healer:

For constipation relief, take 1-2 capsules as part of your evening routine. For bloating shortly after meals, take 1 capsule, 30 minutes before a meal, starting with once per day.

Loading Dose: 2 capsules three times per day for 7-10 days. Then 2 capsules per day for as long as support is needed. It’s easiest to incorporate it into your morning or evening routine, whenever best fits into your schedule!
